Hi, Alex is here. I immigrated to the United States over 10 years ago, reside and work in the vibrant Silicon Valley, Mountain View and I am proud to be a U.S. citizen.
Throughout my time living in the USA, I haven’t worked for American companies. I’ve primarily been involved with my startups and continue to do so.
However, I’m interested in offering my experience and competencies to an American company, specifically small businesses or startups. The idea of being a small cog in a large corporation, without any significant responsibility or voice, doesn’t appeal to me.
By nature, I’m an entrepreneur and I’m up for solving any challenges that come my way. There’s no task too difficult for me; the greater the challenge, the better. I prefer tasks that are complex and challenging, which offer room for growth. Routine work is not something I’m interested in.
For last 15+ years i was working in couple of industries, including software, education, media, movie production and game development + numerous side projects.
The diverse array of skills I possess enables me to seamlessly integrate into a multitude of positions, embodying fundamental areas of expertise.
I have also developed an endless number of concepts, strategies, business plans, financial models, grant applications, explanatory notes and analytical reports.

Product development
UX writing, uizard/ bootstrap templates/Figma
Everything I undertake in UX writing, be it enhancing or constructing textual interfaces from scratch, revolves around the sole objective of bolstering product metrics. My approach is grounded in data-driven principles.
I consistently prioritize a product-oriented mindset, not merely limiting myself to the role of a writer. In the realm of business, I view text as an invaluable instrument that amplifies conversion rates and fosters product retention. This encompasses a wide range of elements, including UI components, marketing materials, funnel elements, onboarding processes, mailing lists, and system notifications.
Social Media. Only my metrics.

Narrative design
I collaborate a lot with game developers, plus I write my own narrative game. I show only small TWINE screenshots here, but in these projects, most of the under NDA. I do the architecture of scripts and dialogues in professional software, but I structure everything in Notion and Scrivener. However, I use a lot of professional solutions for movies, games and applications.

Movie presentations
For more than 15 years I have worked in the film and television industry, and a huge number of texts have been created there, both business plans for films and scripts for films. Here is my IMDB account. This is one of the major documentary projects – a small part of it.

AI images for projects
Yes, projects! Where do without them. All my projects are related to texts and narrative games, these are absolutely commercial projects. Since they are in the testing stage, I do not want to talk about them yet. Sorry!
Education
I completed my bachelor’s and master’s degrees in electronics and information systems in Bauman Moscow State Technical University – look at this: https://bit.ly/44vCMqx. Since then, I have been learning all my life. Once upon a time I completed some insane amount of different courses, but now they are not relevant, so there is no reason to mention them here.
Service
I seldom engage in side projects, unless they align with my personal interests and offer a stimulating challenge that allows me to not only showcase my utmost abilities but also acquire new knowledge.
I exclusively take on projects that carry substantial business significance, accompanied by well-defined success metrics. It is unproductive to divert my attention to mundane, repetitive undertakings.
Nonetheless, I can readily apply my expertise across all the aforementioned domains.
Despite my extensive writing background, I remain a systems engineer with a robust educational background and vast marketing experience, enabling me to tackle intricate assignments with ease.
My average rate is $150 to $200/hour for small projects and $300 to $500/hour for business consulting. However, for long projects, I can reduce the rate to $70-90/hour – it depends on the project itself and the customer.
Feel free to reach out to me with any request, and I’ll promptly respond, letting you know if I’m prepared to take it on and the terms involved. In case further information is required, we can correspond without any additional charges on your end.
